| Status | What It Means |
|---|---|
| Processing | We’ve received your order and are preparing it for shipment (1–3 business days). |
| Shipped | Your order is on its way via Royal Mail, DPD, or Parcelforce. You’ll receive a tracking number by email. |
| Out for Delivery | Your order is with the courier for final delivery. |
| Delivered | Your order has arrived! |
